RETURN POLICY

You must contact us by email at info@redrocketbrand.com to initiate the Refund Process - Refunds will Not be granted if you return an item to us without notification first.***

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since the date you received your product, unfortunately we cannot offer you a return or exchange.

Exchanges for a new size can be made once upon request. Returns or refunds can only be issued if you received the wrong or a damaged product. 

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. If apparel, it must also be unused. 

Please contact us (email: info@redrocketbrand.com) for instructions on how to begin your refund or exchange. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

All orders of sale items are final. But feel free to hit us up anyway to see what we can do. 

Refunds are not granted due to longer than expected shipping/processing times. All orders are guaranteed for delivery. If orders are not received due to circumstances beyond our control, a replacement item will be ordered. The replacement item will be shipped to the original Shipping Address listed at the time the original order was placed. 

Refunds will not be granted if the customer ordered the incorrect size/color/quantity etc. We ship the exact item(s) that you select at time of purchase. If you require a change to your order, please email us ASAP and we will try our best to accommodate your request. If your order has already been shipped, we cannot make changes to your order, and a refund will not be granted.

Items received that are defective or damaged will be replaced with the same item free of charge.

RED ROCKET BRAND is not responsible for orders not received due to incorrect shipping addresses entered by the customer at time of purchase.

Once the package leaves our facility and is in possession of the mail carrier the delivery process is out of our hands and the package is the responsibility of the mail carrier. Red Rocket Brand has no control over the delivery of your item. For delivery issues please contact UPS or USPS directly to resolve this issue.

- Personal Care and Health and Beauty Products are FINAL SALE only - No Refunds or Returns permitted.

RETURN PROCESS

To request a refund, please email your request to info@redrocketbrand.com. In your email the following information MUST be included:
- Customer name and email

- Order number

- A picture of the wrong/damaged item. 

- Changes necessary to correct/make replacement order, ie: color, size, style, etc. 

Refunds will NOT be granted for the following items:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged due to misuse or missing parts from the original condition for reasons not due to manufacturing error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Once we have received sufficient information to complete the return, we will provide our return shipping address by email to the original purchaser. Your item will be inspected by RED ROCKET BRAND once received to confirm the validity of the claim. A refund will only be granted after the inspection is completed. 

Please do not send your item back to the manufacturer. They will not provide a refund. 

REFUND SHIPPING

To return your product, please email info@redrocketbrand.com and we will provide instructions on completing your return. Our return shipping address will be provided at this time.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 

*** We highly recommend that you consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Due to external circumstances beyond our control, we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. ***

REFUND/RETURN CONFIRMATION

Once your return is received and inspected by RED ROCKET BRAND, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your item is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, as soon as possible.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@redrocketbrand.com.

SALE ITEMS (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

EXCHANGES (if applicable)
Exchanges are not permitted. Items that are received that are found to be defective or damaged will be replaced free of charge.
